To be eligible an individual must:

Be a resident of Johnson County Missouri
Show financial need.
Be in school or accepted and enrolled for the next semester
Show serious intent in the pursuit of a Health Service Career, which could be professional, technical, or advanced degree in the fields listed below

RN, BSN, LPN, OT, PT, Dental Hygiene, Dental Lab, Lab Tech, Dietitian, Nutritionist, Sanitarian, Radiology Tech, Prosthetics, Cardio-Pulminary Respiratory Therapist, Paramedics, Emergency medical Technician, Pharmacist, and Environmental Health.

Deadline:Completed Application Must Be Received by Monday April 9, 2012.
