CHART (Community Health Awareness Resource Team)
CHART's current focus is to promote "Healthy Lifestyles" by providing educational opportunities to the community. There are over twenty-five local agencies represented in CHART, and all are willing to provide programs to the community at minimal or no cost to the consumer.
